Mend Baxi 401 Help Bermuda

Can anyone help source a part for my back boiler?

Looking for a blanking plate (part no. 040099) for a Baxi Bermuda 401 back boiler. The dimensions are 6" by 4". This product is obsolete according to manufacturer.
