HOW CAN I FIX MT DELL SCREEN?

WHEN I SWITCH MY DELL INSPIRON 6000 ON THE SCREEN IS NEARLY BLACK IN THE RIGHT LIGHT YOU CAN JUST SEE THE PICTURE I HAVE REPLACED THE SCREEN AND IS STILL THE SAME ANY IDEAS PLEASE
