Ferroli f24b boiler problems?

Hi we have a boiler of the above make. We have no central heating coming on at all. I went to turn it on as the flat was getting cold and realised that the boiler actually was turned on! There is no heat coming out at all but we have hot water. I have also found that there is no diverter valve with these boilers. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

fi flashing NO heating /HOT water sometimes it seems to ignite but is very tempremental ,can get it going by using the reset button , engineer is looking at various problems ??? options ???

I have had this problem and bypassing the clock as mentioned above does seem to work, but I now have manual heating, no automatic control, fortunately for me it's not a problem given my circumstances.

Fault is possibly the digital clock, check that the time is showing and the right hand button is in the centre position, and the left hand button is set to auto (middle) or to the left 1.
if this fails link the 2 black wires 3 & 5 and it should work, don't forget to turn off electricity to the boiler first before removing cover.
