Concept 6 - Where can I obtain a manual?

I have recently moved house. When collecting the keys I asked if the alarm was on and if the estate agents could ring the sellers to ask what the code was. They did and the sellers advised that they had never used it.

It seems a waste and I;d like to get my hands on a manual so that I can make use of the alarm.
