Here are a couple of reasons:
1. Your connection has to be active at the time of the viewing. Images contain a small amount of code that must trace back to the original source.
2. You might not have image display enabled in Internet Explorer. To check your computer, open the Control Panel. Click on the Internet Options icon (double or single, depending on how you set up your desktop). There will be a display with tabs. Click on the tab that says"Advanced." In the "Multimedia" category, make sure all the options are checked. Also, if you want your images to print, check the box under "Printing." Click "OK," close out the Control Panel and restart if necessary. The next time you boot up and go online, your images should display.
