Possibly someone has been using waste oil to lubricate the chain (this used to be common practise when I worked in timber) and the oiler has become blocked. If you are comfortable working on it, take the bar off, remove the plate over the oiler hole and use penetrating oil to try & squirt back any blockage. Then flush out the oiler tank and refill with clean oil. Other than that it may be the oiler itself which you might want to take the saw to a dealer. OR it might be as simple as the oil regulator is turned down. If you are confident indoing so, the oiler regulator screw is underneath the clutch, so you have to take the cover, bar and clutch drum off to get to it to turn it up. Maybe best drop it with a dealer if you are unsure.
