Mend Ford Mondeo Cut Out

whats causing my ford mondeo to randomly cut out?

my ford mondeo diesel 1.8 (n reg 95) drives perfect for about 50 miles then cuts out in a stall and wont start again. seems as tho there is no accelerator???

have you replaced the fuel filter also on the mondeo there is a small seal inside the fuel filter housing that perrishes i know as i have the same problem with mine only runs well when accelerating
