how can I remove the starter motor from my Ford Mondeo?

I cannot get the starter motor off to change it as I cant find a way to get the bolts out

if the bolts are like this * they are torque sockets you can buy a set from a motor factors (cheaper than Ford) still need a 1/2 ratchet (its to stop you messing)
