Mend Brother CS 8150 Help Machine Apart

I need help with timing of a Brother CS 8150 sewing machine?

I took our CS 8150 apart to clean out thread that was gumming up the works and keeping the machine from working. I took the belt off that goes to the bobin and dogs to see if the binding was there or with the needle bar mech. I cleaned up the problem but now the timing of off. Is there an easy solution to by problem?
