limited hot water?

Hi i have a saunier duval thema condens f30e, the problem is with the hot water it works for 10 seconds or so then runs cold, heatings fine. tried with heating off and still the same, boiler lights up as if normal.

possible diverter valve fault. Turn your heating off. Let system cool down. Run hot water, if boiler fires up but no hot water feel 22mm (larger diameter) pipe underneath boiler usually left and right hand side. If there is an increase in temperature on one of these pipes then you have a problem with the diverter valve or diverter actuator.
