Mend Fiat Punto 1.1 N Reg Cold

Fiat Punto 1.1 N reg - juddering when cold?

Does anyone know why it does this. I had a new Lambda probe/sensor fitted but that hast changed anything. Seems to tickover very low too. Thanks

Update: I have changed the ignition coils, and injector pump, so its down to injector cleaner or fuel filter now I think. When I changed the pump it ran a little better but not much.Any thoughts out there ??
