hotpoint aquarius fills til it leaks all over the floor?

I have a 4 week old WT540 Aquarius, that replaced the previous model that was only 5 weeks old. The 4 week old leaks all over the floor, but that is because we have discovered that there is a hole in the outer drum, caused by a single house key getting inside machine. Going to cost too much to repair so have to get new, again!!!!!!!! must be a record, two washers since beginning of Dec. Check under washer for any holes in white plastic drum cover.Pull out and tip back, can then look under washer.

hi rob,unplug m/c, remove top & look for a circular componant with a pipe/tubing coming from it leading to the drum disconnect the pipe & blow down it till there's no pressure.refit pipe & problem solved quick fix.
