can you tell me how to fix water pressure?

can you tell me why i cant get my system repressurised as it is under 1 bar i have tried to open the valve to add water but nothing is comming through ??? the system is a saunier duval f24e

hi it has a built in loop but when i turn the valve there is no water going through the pipe ,, when i run the water from the tap the hot water comes on but no heating, very ocasionally the heating does come on for a short period of time.

have you connected a filling loop from the cold water inlet pipe to the 22mm central heating pipe as this is the only way to fill them unless you are using a built in loop
