Hello, I have diplomat oven, doing exactly the same. On the net I have found it is an Oven Fan Control PCB, which is approx £50-55. My husband can fix it, but I am a bit nervous about buying it to find it won't solve the problem. Is this what you are on about. It makes the fan run properly. Someone else told me that if the fan is dead then you need the fan, if it moves even slowly it is the printed circuit board above ?

I aint fixed mine yet, but i am tempted to buy one and try.

New control panel fitted today working fine now. The problem was the cooling fan wasn't working therefore when the oven or grill reach a certain temp everything cuts off [safety feature]. the cost with labour was £117.It looked simple I would buy the part and fix it myself.

I have the same problem, I have been told the control panel has gone and the guy has ordered it. It will cost about £100 plus labour.
After searching on comp. I have not found a control panel listed as spare parts. It will be interesting when he arrives if I recognise the part from my research I also roughly know the prices and nothing cost £100. I will follow up later.
