The recliner is only 2 months old, but I have to bring it in for them to fix. It does not recline anymore. I am a woman and have no way to bring it in...and they will charge me 75.00 to come out and look at it.
Thanks for your response. The manufactures warranty does not pay for a service call...I could bring it in to Conn's they would have repaired it. However, a friend came over and we were able to figure out the problem. It was minor. Thanks again for your response!

I am planning to buy leather recliner couch set from Ashley and was told that the manufacture warrenty will be covering the reclining mechanism for up to 5 yrs for free. They also told me that there will be no labor charges. I am confused as to why they are charging you $75? You should talk to the sales rep who helped you purchase your rocker recliner.
