Where can I get a complete upper rack for a Powerpoint TW36FI Dishwasher?

Where can I get a complete upper rack for a Powerpoint TW36FI Dishwasher. The plastic height adjustable frame which attatches to the side of the rack has broken, also one of the wheels has broken. Where can I get an universal upper rack or the plastic clamp which has the wheels attached to it. Are there any other racks or wheels I can use other than PowerPoint?
