Mend Ariston 28HE Combi Heating Thermostat

How can I fix my combi boiler Ariston 28HE?

How can I stop my brand new boiler firing up every few minutes even when hot water is not requested. When i turn the heating on 30 degrees on the thermostat, the digital display goes from 65 to 57 then stops for a moment and it goes from 57 to 65 without stabilising. Is it a circulation problem?

if you loof on the left had side of the boiler you will see a knob with e and c marks you have setting on c turn it to e and your problem should be solved
the c setting brings boiler on automatically to keep water hot in boiler ,the e setting makes boiler operate only when taps turned on this is the mode you require
