Remote not working?

If you have chacked the batteries are ok it is worth checking that you have not used furniture polish when cleaing unit. if you have Use white spirit dabbed on to a cloth. This will clear the wax off, the sensor normally looks like a blue dot and it is normally easy to see. if you do not see the sensor clean the whole panel.
