The grill/top oven on this appliance will turn down, but not off. In the 'off' position, the top oven keeps heating to a minimum level. How do I get access behind the switch panel so I can check the switch? And, where is the sensor so I can check it is not damaged?
What a surprise, my Stoves DF600 has the same problem too.
After turning electric back on to cooker, the red light comes on for the top grill/oven.
Any help with this issue?
