Hi, I am not sure if this car has the Screw back Piston, If so, it is fairly easy, Either in the middle or ends of the piston there are groves, If you Prize down the same time as you are turning the piston it will lower be carefull not to damage the Seal, If you do this, You are in the s----t Look at you manual, If it is not the Screw back type Put the Pads back in place, and force back with a sturdy, strong Flat bar between the pads and disk.
