Keypad function and location?

I have an acer 5700 series and wuld like to know how I mcan change the @ function which is located on the " button while the " button is located where the @ is supposed to be and the is in the 2 button. I have gone in the control panel to look for key board setup, but did not gey=t any joy. Anybody please help.
