How can I fix tall kitchen larder pull out mechanism?

I have recently moved into a new house where there is a fairly new kitchen. I have a tall larder style pull out food store cupboard which has about 6 wire baskets, but it only pulls out half way. The lower track seems stuck somehow. Kitchen supplier has the most appalling customer service/follow up attitude, so no luck there! Have tried undoing various screws, but nothing visible/obvious stopping drawer from pulling out further. Has anyone any advice please. Would be gratefully received - thank you!

Furniture, Kitchen Units Pull Out Mechanism

I had the same problem,it turned out a bottle top from some olive oil had found it’s way in between the runners on the base plate and was hitting the drop down stop / guide .I removed the doors off so I could gain access and a long screw driver removed the offending item and to my delight my pull out pantry was fixed ,hope this helps

I also have a tall Howdens kitchen larder that pulls out and has recently started being difficult

Sometimes I need to lift mine up by the doorhandle and pull it out. The runner seems to stick over time, so I need to do this about once a month. The unit came from Howdens, and I believe it is made by Hafele

If its similar to IKEA stuff, there is a peg in the track somewhere that stops the racks from coming out too far - this is intentional though as it prevents the unit from toppling over. Maybe yours has a similar feature?
