Yes there is one that fits the bill by Newteam, which has ceased trading now. It's the only one with a top left pipe inlet available now and it's the Supajet 100 Power Shower. Runs 240 v. and has 2 year guarantee. All next generation electric showers are higher voltage like 800 plus.
It's only available from a few suppliers now I think. I got mine from betterbathrooms.com. Supplies are subJect to delays though and I don't think any more will be made once the present stock runs out!?
The Shower Doctor online has spares for Newteam showers and so does Amazon - surprisingly. Apparently it's part of an American company now.
There are however only very limited supplies of spares for the Jetstream 2000s as it's now "obsolete". There are some parts however which will fit it which are not made by Newteam.
I suspect the new generation of showers does not last even half as long as the Jetstream sadly! It is an awesome shower and we have only ever had to replace one seal.....in 21 years.......cannot fault in any way. Probably down to it's relative simplicity.....like our old combi Potterton Boiler which went for 15 years, never failed ever and it was only the metal flue which eventually corroded and they stopped making that part.
The new condensing boilers are quieter, very energy efficient and have plastic flues .
I loved the Potterton's clear little window which showed the blue gas flame and the comforting and familiar clunking on and off.
Anyway best of l luck, otherwise perhaps think about a new shower or bathroom or both even!!
PS - Have not fitted it yet though.......?!!! Proof of pudding is in the eating!
I'm a proud and loud Luddite by the way!!!!
