Mend Rover 45 i.s. 1.4 Battery Ecu Ignition

My rover 45 i.s. 1.4 2000 model is not holding its charge?

My rover will not hold charge for more than 4 days so have to charge with battery charger. Put new battery on. Still not resolved. Could there be something wrong with the relay not closing when i turn of the ignition, so it is draining the battery. Could it be the e.c.u. Many thanks in advance

Hi Mark, try removing the glove box and boot light and see if the battery holds its charge a friend had his back and forth to his dealer with the same fault untill found glovebox light was staying on!! drained the battery in days!!
