escort mark 6 tik over when cold?

i have a ford escort 16v zetec when cold dont want to tik over had a new mass air flow meter and lamber sensor and still same problem any suggestions anyone please

Hi Mark, idle control valve they get gummed up with petrol deposits, remove it clean it with carb cleaner, should cure your problem
