Mend Renault Megane Cabriolet Car

How can you disconnect immoboliser on megane 1998?

I have megane cabriolet 1998. Dahboard lights etc come on when put car ignition, then when I turn key, engine is dead, no noise at all. Charged car battery and was ok for week or two but same prob again.
Could it be the immoboliser? How can you disconnect your immoboliser?
