We have a cooker with acoventional oven & a fan oven.The coventional oven works ok along with the grill which are both on the left side but the fan & warming plate on the right side do not work along with the clock.What is the reason for this?

On the rear of your oven there is a heat sensor .This is a wire with a probe or tube type fitting if you bypass this unit your oven will work,Remember to replase it or your oven may overheat and cause a fire

I also have the same problem and have been given a quote of £54 by helpdesk for a new timer unit....the part will likely take 4 weeks coming from Turkey. Did the new timer unit fix the oven or was it a problem with the Cooling fan as well?

We have the same problem and talking to the help desk it seems that the clock is an automatic timer and unless it is set they do not work at all. A spare timer costs around £105 but you will also have to pay the callout charge and labour charge to have it fixed.

It sounds like a problem I had with a Creda Concept Oven. The cooling fan had broken so the oven went into a self protect mode. This ment that the right hand plates, top oven and right hand side of the grill stopped working.
