Mend Bissell Windtunnel Vacuum Motor Repair

How does one get Specs on replacing the power cord on my Windtunnel?

I have a bad cord on my vacumm. I cannot seem to get to the motor were the power is junctioned to the motor. Is there a mannual somewhere that has a exploded view of this model and how to get to it????
