My Kenmore 90 won't spin. It will fill and drain but won't spin. I can hear it trying to spin but nothing happens. I took it apart to check the coupler and it is not broken or worn. What else should I check?
I figured it out. It was in fact the coupler. I was thrown off because the teeth on the coupler weren't broken. The problem was that the coupler was stripped where it connects to the motor. Hopefully this will help someone out in the future

anyone?
Also, I confirmed that the motor is spinning by unmounting it and clicking the button.
