My headlight sensor isn't working on my 02 Renault Clio sport?

My headlight sensor the automatically puts the lights on when it gets dark isn't working on my 02 Renault Clio sport....I have looked in the manual to see which fuse it is in case that's the problem but as it is the Sport and not a standard Clio it doesn't show any fuse for it......any suggestions? And do you know what UCH stands for? (it says that on 2 of the fuse places on the fuse box cover).

thanks guys i had the same problem and that has sorted it on my 02 plate, the thing i dont get is how it reset the system or how i did it, any way thanks guys

On my Clio 2 (2003 - 53 Reg): With engine off, turn ignition key to the first position. On lighting stalk, turn knob from O to Sidelights position, then repeat again to Reactivate auto (2 beeps heard). To Deactivate auto, turn the knob from O to Sidelights, just the once (1 beep heard). This procedure is also in the manual. Hope this helps.

You need to turn on the ignition but dont start the car and turn the lights on full twice. It worked for me

Sensor is fitted behind the interior MIRROR. oops!!!Good chance that you just have to reset the system.

Put ignition key in and turn 1 click. Switch lights on and off twice (you should hear a beep) this resets the system and may work again on auto.
