Mend Gainsborough 400x Dial Shower

How do i fix my Gainsborough Style 400x?

The tempertaure dial was not set correctly when the shower was installed and I don't have the instructions on how to do it. When set to cold it's not cold and the ame for warm. I just need to know how to set the dial correctly?

I'm no expert, but my suggestion is to remove the front cover (once isolating everything). To do this you may have to remove a label exposing a screw, and remove the temp. knob. Then turn the exposed dial to cold. Put back the cover, and replace the temp. knob in a cold position. This should give you the full range on the temperature dial when turning to hot. This is just a suggestion.
