Zanussi electrolux td4113w?

Why doesn`t my tumble dryer get hot ? Thermostat has been changed and so has the element twice.

Not much left is there? Maybe one of the overheat sensors in the drum has packed in, or maybe the clock timer is telling the machine that its on the cool down period.
