Do you know when this model Potterton KingfisherCF100was last manufactured?

Bitish Gas condenmed the POTTERTON KINGFISHER Mf CF 100 GCNo.41-589-12 floor standing boiler in my house in April 1999 but my landlord instead changed service provider. In 2007 the same boiler became defective and parked up. My landlord is very doggy. He claims he bought another one in 2002 but the defective boiler appears to be the same exact one as in 1999 and the Gas safety certificates look very doggy. The electrics is very unsafe and the plumbing is dangerous. This is giving Potterton a very bad name. Do you know when this model was last manufactured? And how I can contact the manufacturers and government safety regulators? Help me I have not had home heating for nearly 10 months. I have been using electric heaters. The defective boiler is housed in a cage made of Albestos. Help me please.
