how can I override the immobiliser on my Ford Fiesta 1.8d?

i have T reg diesel fiesta with immobiliser issues. It starts when you push it, only the starter motor is disabled, got it started by shorting studs on starter motor solenoid. VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL!!!!!

of course you can over ride the system merely by going to your local breakers yard get a key of any escort , fiesta,take the shroud of the steering column,unplug the transponder unit ( the ring like feature around the lock barrel,held by one screw) plug it on to your car ,tape the key to it secure it behind the dash,and of you go!!!!!!!!all the device does is opens and shuts the fuel cut off valve on the pump

Hi Brendan. The answer is you cant! The diesel has its immobiliser built into the injector pump. I have had to send a couple away in the past, (the whole pump) because of a faulty module. You will have to get it done professionally. Some auto electricians will do this for you if they have the right gear, you dont have to go to a Ford dealer. Be prepaired to have to buy more keys though.
