Wheres my O2 Sensor?

I have a 1990 Chev Cavalier z24 3.1 litre...Standard....where is the O2 sensor...and any tips on changing it???

Its in the exhaust manifold .........there is a O2 sensor socket for this purpose or if ya can acess it with a 7/8 wrench
