how do i replace the front fog light on an 04 mondeo?

the fog light is the bigger one on the face lift model and how do you get to change the bulb

which ever side the bulb has gone rotate the steering to the OPPOSITE LOCK some models have small inspection panel to access the bulb others you have to remove the whole inner plastic guard (pain) anyway the bulb comes out from the rear of the fog
