How can I fix my inovix mp3 player?

My inovix Mp3[iMP-15D] player displays 'media error' and i can't listen to any of my music. how can i fix it?

i cant delete my voice file on the computer but when i look on my mp3 it says there are no voice files??

I try that and still get insert disk in drive x:
can't update firmware or anything
