How do i remove a Ford Escort MK6 o/s/r door?

there should be a small allan key nut on each post, slacken these off and then should lift out with plenty off lubricant, if not get a trolley jack with a block of wood the length of your door, at the bottom of the door slowly jacking up the way. when i did this my door was well stuck in place and by jacking up started to lift the whole side of the car, i just gently put more weight on the sill until the door poped of, u might need somebody there to help you.
