MY EUREKA WHIRLWIND BAGLESS MODEL 4388 B-2 BRUSH IS NOT MOVING. HOW DO I OPEN IT TO CHECK THE BELT? I HAVE CLEANED ALL HOSES AND THE SUCTION IS WORKING WELL. THE BRUSH JUST ISN'T MOVING.
