MY EUREKA WHIRLWIND BAGLESS MODEL 4388 B-2 BRUSH IS NOT MOVING. HOW DO I OPEN IT TO CHECK THE BELT? I HAVE CLEANED ALL HOSES AND THE SUCTION IS WORKING WELL. THE BRUSH JUST ISN'T MOVING.

On the top of the main compartment that holds the belt and brush there is two screws that hold the top on. Unscrew those and then replace the belt.
