Mend RCA P52754AT Front Model Clean

How do we take off the front screen of a 52" RCA Model #P52754AT?

We need to clean some spider webs from behind the front screen. How do we safely remove the screen?

The bottom part where the speakers are is velcro'd on pull that off then there are a couple of screws that you loosen, that holds the clips. They slid down and then you can pull the screen off.
