it don't tell you this in the manual check filter clean, check pump/clean,or replace if seized machine does not use HOT WATER to rinse. this should resolve your problem
Try a HOT WASH programme 60+ OFF A COLD FILL ONLY (ignore if you only have one pipe system) after 10 -20 glass on front of washer should be getting hot HEATER WORKING THERMOSTAT WORKING if COLD further investigation of heater element circuit is required
