zanussi dryer screeching sound when tumbling?

I have a zanussi tds 383w dual temperature tumble dryer. It recently started making screeching sound like metal rubbing.scratching when operating..

Is it safe to continue using it..I got wet clothes to dry.?

if not how to I go about repairing it.. can you direct me to a detail step-by-step guide, please

When this happened to my tumble dryer I found that an underwire from a bra had gone through one of the holes in the drum and was rubbing on the machinery underneath. Check the holes in the drum - there could be something stuck in one of them!
