Mend Ideal HE Boiler Central Heating Fault Code

How can i fix my Ideal HE boiler?

My boiler goes through its start up sequence then goes off after a while with HE flashing on the display,the central heating clicks in and out on the thermastat but doesnt light and there's no hot water,ive tried the manual but this fault code is not in it and it wont reset until its been off for a while.

H E means internal fault with the pcb. turn the power off for 5 secs. if it still will not work after pushing the reset change the pcb
