My mcculloch petrol strimmers start pull cord stays out when I pull it? ?

My TM250 McCulloch petrol strimmer's pull cord stays out when I pull it. The sping is not broken.

MINE DOES THE SAME THING BUT WITH A BIT OF TEASING AT THE RIGHT ANGLE IT RETURNS. ONCE IT HAS BEEN USED A FEW TIMES IT GOES BACK OK.
WHERE DO I GET SPARES FOR THE TM250 ? ANY IDEAS ?
