what is wrong with my hairstraightners?

Hi Lisa. It may be the cable, its a common fault on straightners. You can get a new cable from John Harper on ebay. £24.95 and free postage. Make sure its the correct one for your model before bidding. If unsure just mail John, he is very helpful. You will have to fit it yourself, although not difficult, if you are not sure, get somone to do it for you. Above all, be safe. It is 240 volts and can be quite dangerous.
