Is it possible to descale my polti vaporella inox 1000 if so how please?

yes there is a hole in the bottom of the generator the shape of an aln key which should have been supplied with the iron you insert it unscrew the little cap put in ur funnel also supplied and pour tap hot water in swish it around and empty the contents into the sink repeat this process 2 or 3 times or until the water runs clear then put the cap back and tighten then fill up ur tank as normal and run a full tank of water through your iron to eliminate the possibility of scale build up in the tubes x HOPE THIS HELPS x
