sony 6000 cd player?

How do you turn down the orange back up light on the sony 6000 cd player?

I have just bought a ford fiesta and has the sony cd player but when ive taken the key out off the ignition the cd player and my trip computer go off at the same time but after about 4 mins,

Is there away too reduce the time or get the light to turn off when the key is pulled out?

You need to cut the power, once powered back up you can eject the discs, but they will get stuck again.
I have my unit replaced on warranty
