what do i do if i have forgot my code number?

i have forgot my code number to the alarm system what can i do to resolve the problem
my system is a accenta g 3

follow same procedure as described for accenta 8 problem, but as soon as the power is restored the 'reset' button on the keypad must be pressed twice within 10 seconds. this should return the system back to 'factory set 'condition. i.e entry/exit times are set at 30 secs, and the set/unset code is 0123.
