how can i fix my boiler vaillant vcw242e?

my boiler works ok for central heating but we can not get hot enough water its just luke warm.can anyone help please.

Vaillant Vaillant vcw242e Heating, Home Heating Systems Vaillant Central Heating Hot Water

we had same problem with ours, but with pressure drop also. lukewarm water was due to knackered secondary heat exchanger(located at left hand side of boiler). pressure drop was due to knackered expansion tank, which can be repressurised.
