Brake fluid should be changed every two years, the manufacturers say...it does absorb moisture so who are we to argue with them......probably the clutch fluid, if its on a separate reservoir will last somewhat longer. As for PAS fluid, I only renew it if the steering rack has been disturbed for some reason.
